Cree observations of climate change impacts in Eeyou Istchee have been recently described by Cucciurean et al. (2011) and Hennigs and Bleau (2017), through CNG supported community-youth video projects conducted in Mistissini, Waskaganish, and Whapmagoostui, a regional forum held in Eastmain, and the resulting climate change report.
